West Virginia University's Center for Excellence in Disabilities

Jennifer Tenney is the WIPA Program Manager and Professional Development Coordinator at West Virginia University's Center for Excellence in Disabilities.  Ms. Tenney has over 13 years of experience working with people with disabilities, helping them understand Social Security Work Incentives.  She is passionate about helping people understand that working while receiving benefits IS possible!  She has a Master’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor’s Degree from West Virginia University.

Julie was born and raised in Pennsylvania where she graduated from Shippensburg University with a BSED in elementary education and then later obtained her MSED from Shenandoah University. She has been a teacher for 28 years between Frederick County Public Schools in Virginia and Hampshire County Schools in West Virginia. She taught 5th grade for nineteen years and has been a Technology Integration Specialist for the past nine years.

Mark Moore has worked in the field of educational technology for nearly 20 years.  Previous titles include Microsoft Office Master Instructor and Thinkfinity National Cadre.  His most popular discussion topics today include Minecraft and Office 365.  In his spare time he enjoys experimenting with new hair styles and reaching things on the top shelf.

Pamela Stegall is the TIS for Spring Mills High School, and Dr. Carrie Marcum is the Assistant Principal there. Pamela works with Dr. Marcum coordinating their new STEAM Academy and both ladies enjoy sharing new technologies with their staff members.

West Virginia School for the Blind

Cassie Park is a 5th-year TVI who has been working in classrooms for 13 years. She has taught students from Pre-K through 4th grade, in addition to students in Life Skills. Cassie is a certified Technology Integration Specialist and an Apple Education Trainer.

West Virginia Department of Education

Janelle St. Martin is a Mentor, Instructor, and an Interpreter. Besides taking care of her own family, she spends an enormous amount of time and energy helping improve the lives of others. Janelle is the Lead Mentor for the WV Department of Education Educational Interpreter Mentoring Program. She is an instructor and coordinator for the SilverSneakers organization. Janelle is a Certified Interpreter and is registered with the WV Interpreter Registry. She interprets in a variety of situations and specializes in Theatre interpreting. Janelle, has served on numerous committees supporting Deaf and Deaf Awareness. Overall, Janelle St. Martin has dedicated her life to making this world a better place for ALL people!

Margie-37 years as an Occupational Therapist, completed a 6 year O.T.program at Towson University, worked in early intervention, NICU, school systems, psychiatric hospital, deaf psychiatric program, out patient hand clinic, hospital rehab, nursing home and WVSDB. Renee-17 year experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, graduated from a two year program at Penn State University, worked in School system, long term care, out patient rehab, PRN home health and WVSDB

Robert C. Byrd Institute

Becky Calwell, Ed.D., is the interim director of student recruitment at the Robert C. Byrd Institute (RCBI). Formerly she was editor of e-WV: The West Virginia Encyclopedia and a journalist. At RCBI, she spearheads educational outreach, including 3D printing camps and professional development for educators.
